1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Batocchio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Batocchio on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. Under this license you may not:

• Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Transfer or sub-license your rights to any other person

3. Online Play and Game Center

Batocchio's online multiplayer is provided through Apple's Game Center. Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for conducting yourself respectfully toward the other players in a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players or for the availability of Game Center.

4. Privacy

Batocchio collects no personal data, and runs its online play through Game Center rather than any server of ours. Please read our full Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Batocchio is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that online matches will always be available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Batocchio, including but not limited to the loss of a match in progress.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update Batocchio or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, or any feature within it, with or without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
